With more than 20 years of experience in strategic and operations consulting in the private and public sphere, he has devoted the last 15 years to design and carry out transformational and modernization programs in the public and transportation sectors, with special emphasis in the local administration in Spain and worldwide.

He is inspired by the challenge of providing innovative solutions to present and future global issues such as urban concentration, climate change, water and food scarcity and social and economic inequalities through new models of thinking and managing and the application of new technologies for all.

In charge of Indra´s Global Smart Cities practice. He leads and coordinates the different divisions of the company with the aim to give a holistic answer to the current territories and community’s challenges through strategy, technology and services.

He sits in several committees on Smart Cities in industrial and public organizations in Europe and Spain.
